Apprenticeship Workshop Equipment
The LN program covers an extensive spectrum of robust equipment used in furnishing electrical apprenticeship workshops. This equipment is designed to meet the needs to be expected in a training environment. All working surfaces are multi-layered or solid beechwood. The installation exercises can be completed using the LN box system or with commercially available components.
Every room is different that's why we help you to adjust the right plan for your technical facilities. In addition we draft a concept tailored precisely to your individual needs.
In order to be able to meet your diverse facility needs and room requirements in the best possible fashion, Lucas-Nülle has developed a variety of programmes:
Experiment tables with underframes in aluminium profile design
Experiment tables with underframes in oval shaped, powder-coated steel tubing design
- SybaSquareExperiment tables with underframes in rectangular shaped, powder-coated steel tubing design
Cabinets, cabinet walls, under-table cabinets and drawers
Aluminium power consoles, aluminium housings and 3 HU modules
- Table-top frames
- Interaction systems
Electronics and communications workshop
The communications technology workshop shown here is a representative sample for the layout of an electronics workshop which might be used for the following subjects:
- Electrical and electronic circuits
- Process control systems
- Automation technology / industrial microcomputers
It is characterised by a 19" plug-in power supply system which occupies three height units. The experiments are designed to match training requirements using various systems:
- Plug-in system
- UniTrain-I system
- Panel system
In addition to this the exeriments are also available for demonstration purposes as demonstration plug-in components system or in the A4 panel system. Power supply units in the 19" table-top housing system, 3HU (height unit), allow for a compact arrangement of the power supply units and test equipment. The 3HU table-top housing units are available in various formats.
Electrical engineering workshop
The machines and drive technology workshop depicted here illustrates a representative arrangement for an electrical engineering workshop to cover the following subjects:
- Machine and drive technology
- Power electronics and power engineering
- Automation technology
The experiments are available in various systems designed for any training requirement:
- Training panel system in DIN A4 format
- Industrial components / Power Drive Units (PDU)
- Labtop equipment and models
For demonstration purposes the experiment equipment can also be mounted onto mobile demonstration stands or special lab trolleys.
