Technical Description
This universal unit is used to provide drive to experiments. It can be used to advantage wherever the simultaneous measurement of rotational speed, torque and power is required, e.g., on pump test stands, gearbox test stands, or fan test stands. The unit has a speed regulated DC motor for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation, this is set up as a floating machine. A spring balance facilitates the measurement of torque. The control unit contains thyristors for switching the motor and has a digital speed display. The unit is designed as a table unit in respect of its size.
